πŸš€ Onboarding

This guide is the fast track to get started with parcelLab.

Sending data to parcelLab

In order for us to track your deliveries, you need to send us the information of each and every parcel. You can do that by calling our API, sending us CSV or XML files, or putting us on BCC of your dispatch confirmation. The details on how to access our system are listed here:

You will want to send us all information about the delivery as well, but also any order and customer information we can use to communicate with your customer. So a good reference payload looks like this:

sample-payload.json
{
courier: "ups",
tracking_number: "1Z00PL161200000001",
orderNo: "ORD-123",
recipient: "parcelLab Gmbh, Julian Krenge",
recipient_notification: "Julian",
street: "Schillerstr. 23a",
zip_code: "80336",
city: "MΓΌnchen",
destination_country_iso3: "DEU",
email: "support@parcellab.com"
}

For more details about our data model and all possible fields, please have a look at this section:

Setting up the communication

Once the data is in our system, we take care of the rest. Deliveries will be tracked, all relevant updates will be identified and communications are sent out via email, SMS, App push notifications etc.

You'll want to set up a track & trace page within your shop, so please follow this guide:
