Status model

The parcelLab systems works with these status codes.

Status codes

Every update is mapped to one these status codes. Not every status codes directly relates to a scan event by the carrier, but could also be caused by a change in product code or other base data of the delivery, or the lack of expected scans.

The goods will be handed over to the logistics company latest at the defined time.

Upgrade

The goods are being finished and personalised.

InboundScan

The goods have been sent.

InterimHaul

The goods are on the way.

InTransit

The goods are on the way.

ExportHub

The goods are being processed for export into the destination country.

ImportHub

The goods have arrived in the destination country.

Scheduled

An appointment to make the delivery has been made.

DestinationDeliveryCenter

The goods have arrived in the destination region.

DestinationDeliveryDepot

The goods are being prepared for delivery.

OutForDelivery

The goods will be delivered today.

Rerouted

The goods have been rerouted.

FailedAttemptFirst

The goods could not be delivered.

FailedAttemptSecond

The goods could not be delivered on the second delivery attempt.

FailedAttemptFinal

The goods could not be delivered on the final delivery attempt.

Return

The goods are being returned to the consigner.

ReturnWarning

The goods have to be collected as soon as possible.

Stored

The goods are being stored temporarily.

PickupReadyToday

The goods are ready for collection.

PickupReadyNextDay

The goods will be ready for collection on the next working day.

PartiallyDelivered

The goods have been partially delivered.

Delivered

The goods have been successfully delivered. For a list of possible delivery location codes see below.

Exception

An exception has occurred.

Cancelled

The order has been cancelled.

No matching for that status.

Delivery locations

These are the available delivery locations:

Doorstep

Direct delivery to recipient.

Postbox

A letterbox with the recipients name on it.

Neighbor

Delivery to a neighbor.

HomeDeposit

Safe deposit as authorized by the recipient.

ParcelShop

A pickup location operated by the carrier or a third party: post offices, access points, collection points.

ParcelLocker

Any parcel locker solution that usually allows for 24/7 collections.

Notified

Exact pickup location is not given, but as per the carrier's information listed on the notification card left in the recipients post box.

Unknown

Pickup location is not further specified by the courier. This does not mean, that it is unknown to the courier where it was delivered, but rather only no delivery location has been explicitly stated. 99% of these deliveries will be direct deliveries to customers as well.
