This is sent by email and allows the customer to rate his shopping experience with a single click.
In order to generate TrustedShops review invites,
trackings need to have an email and order number. Also required is your TrustedShops
certificate id, which can be found in the URL of your profile:
Inserting this URL into a static URL and using two placeholders in parcelLab, the review invite URL can be generated as such:

To generate review invites for eKomi, the API has to be accessed.
This also is not a problem, since we have a ready-to-go Integration. All we need is your API credentials, which can be found in the customer area of eKomi on the right:
Interface ID (a number) and
Interface PW (a token)
Afterwards, we can generate evaluation links (based on the customer's email + order number).
Our integration with eKomi also supports product reviews, optionally through the SmartForm if activated on eKomi side.
For product reviews to be automatically enabled, two requiremnts have to be fulfilled:
The article list with at least the article number per order has to be transmitted to parcelLab.
The same article numbers transmitted to parcelLab also need to exist in the eKomi product database. The match between both article numbers is required by eKomi to pull the right article information when asking the customer for a review.
At first, a user account is required, through which the parcelLab system can log in. For this, create an account through TrustPilot with the email address
email@example.com. Then the parcelLab team will generate the password for the new account.
Secondly, the API access data is needed. They consist of a key and a secret. Thirdly, for each platform to be evaluated (i.e. each domain), both the business ID and the secret are needed.
